A very good developer, ready to be asked questions multiple times and ready to go extra miles to explain simple things in the best way possible is needed to teach a beginner PHP laravel. By beginner, is someone who knows something about laravel, knows the PHP syntax, basics but cannot write meaningful code. Also knows a bit about the laravel structure and the MVC model, what it is and how it works.
A kind and ready to listen person is needed and willing to be flexible in time. Having teaching experience is not a must as long as someone is very good and willing to answer any question.
