Tasks list for Appointment booking software:

1-In the consultation detail page, create a new button called report, In that button, there will be one tab named Note, in that tab there will be one text area, and a save button, saving that text area will save it and show it in the list.

2-Creating a document module that will contain the document type, attachment, patient, title, and a note. Show this document to the patient details in a table.
