We are currently seeking an experienced .NET Software Developer to join our team at Acclaim Technical Services. This role will involve the development and maintenance of cutting-edge software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software applications using C# and ASP.NET
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 16 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with LINQ, JavaScript, and SharePoint Administrative Tasks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like TFS/GitHub
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
