Web Application Development Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Sr PHP Developer/Lead to join our team at Synechron Technologies Private Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PHP development and be proficient in integrating front-end and back-end technologies. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Application Development:
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with database administrators to design and implement database solutions.
• Facilitate and lead discussions within the development team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Technical Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Up to 12 years of experience in relevant fields is acceptable.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
