The Role: Unlocking Potential

As a Software Engineer at Torch.AI, you'll be at the forefront of building software that scales across our platform capabilities. Your code will be deployed across operational and research & development efforts for U.S. defense and national security programs.

You'll work autonomously while driving coordinated decisions across cross-functional solutions and product development teams, which include defense and national security experts, veterans, and experienced AI/ML engineers. Your contributions will form the backbone of critical capabilities used by defense agencies, making a tangible difference in safeguarding our nation's interests.
Critical Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in software development, operations, or data engineering
• Knowledge of RESTful services, JSON parsing, and Big Data technologies
• Proficient in NiFi, Java, and Git for version control
• Experience with cloud computing architectures and AWS components
