We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our engineering team at Modus.
About the Role:
• Design and develop high-quality software solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale projects.
• Leverage expertise in back-end development with Java, Spring Boot 2.x, and microservices in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work with various AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, and serverless technologies like NodeJS or Python in AWS Lambda.
• Contribute to the creation of APIs, lead new feature development, and plan existing feature migrations.
About You:
• You have a strong background in back-end development with Java using Spring Boot 2.x.
• Experience in developing microservices in a containerized environment.
• Familiarity with different AWS cloud services.
• Broad full-stack experience with a focus on backend development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with QA teams to optimize code.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Able to create high-quality code from home.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
