Role Summary
This position requires an innovative engineer to support a critical application centered in the Analytic mission as well as modernize the legacy system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. As a cyber security professional, you'll protect the networks that our citizens and the world depend upon each minute: Financial assets. Healthcare information. Critical infrastructure. Hazardous materials. The uninterrupted flow of energy that keeps modern life moving. Here, you'll work with cybersecurity experts on the forefront of threat protection and proactive prevention.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop cloud native applications using Java Spring Boot and AWS technologies
• Create secure cloud-based architectures using microservices principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high quality software delivery
• Participate in agile development methodologies to deliver software solutions quickly and efficiently
Key Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience combined education.
Experience: 5 years or more of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Clearance: An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
Technical Skills:
• Java, Spring boot or python
• Microservice architectures
• C.I./C.D. Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
• NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design
• OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
• Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber
