Requirements
• Proficiency in designing and deploying solutions across various cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS.
• Experience in the full lifecycle of large-scale migration projects, including discovery, assessment, planning, and execution, using assessment, migration, and automation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of data center components, IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS.
• Ability to design AWS cloud-native architectures.

Cloud Certifications (Mandatory):
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (Required)
• Additional AWS Professional/Specialty certifications (Preferred)
• Microsoft Azure Administrator – Associate (Preferred)

Automation Certifications (Optional):
• RedHat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
• HashiCorp Terraform Certified Associate

Containers & Orchestration Certifications (Optional):
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• RedHat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration

Key Skills and Experience:
• Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals and hands-on experience with different cloud platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with cloud technologies.
• Expertise in cloud design, deployment, and architecture.
• Proven experience in cloud migration using both cloud-native and third-party migration tools.
• Experience migrating workloads from on-premises to AWS, with knowledge of Azure or GCP being a plus.
• End-to-end management of migration projects, covering strategy, assessment, solution design, architecture, planning, and execution.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale migrations (at least 4 projects involving 1000+ VMs).
• Familiarity with Hyperscaler programs for large migrations, such as AWS MAP and Azure AMPP, is advantageous.
• Practical experience with AWS MAP migration projects, including all stages from Assessment to Mobilize to Migrate (at least 2-3 full-cycle projects).
• Experience in migrating physical servers, VMs, VDIs, storage, Active Directory, firewalls, and more to AWS.
• Expertise in developing strategies and executing plans for Backup, Disaster Recovery, Compliance, and Security.
• Proficient in creating and adhering to SOPs, run books, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and vendors like VMware and VMC on AWS.
