Job Description

Planet Interactive is seeking a B2B Website Producer (WordPress) to manage web projects, report on performance, and manage digital projects end-to-end, on-time and in-budget.
• Project Hours: 20 hrs a week minimum
• Pay Rate: $43-48/hr depending on experience
• Location: Remote, working PST hrs (start at 9am PST - qualified candidates must be US Citizens working within the United States)

B2B Website Producer Responsibilities:
• Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day web requests to keep projects moving.
• Manage new project intake, prioritization, and execution of web updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and agency partners, to ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Website Updates & Content Management
• Own execution of site updates via our CMS system
• Manage QA and deployment of web content updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing
• Execute A/B tests and personalizations, ensuring smooth deployment and performance tracking.
• Optimize key site areas to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Deploy winning test variations based on results.
• SEO Execution & Support
• Implement SEO updates based on agency recommendations, ensuring on-page optimizations are completed.
• Technical SEO management
• Data & Reporting
• Compile monthly web performance reports, tracking traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

B2B Website Producer Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of web standards and the relationship between content, visual design, user experience, and technology.
• Strong grasp of the web development process, with confidence in managing and scoping technical projects.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally to ensure teams and agencies meet deadlines and successfully deliver web initiatives.
• Experience with WordPress, including editing and publishing content.
• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing effective CRO and personalization programs.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including best practices for on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
• Expert project manager with experience using tools like Asana and Jira.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
