Aalacom Technologies seeks a seasoned Python Developer to fill this long-term position in Reston, VA. As a member of our team, you'll work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Bottle to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop robust server-side applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing interfaces.
• Lead junior team members and provide guidance on coding best practices.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop automated deployment scripts using Python.
• Work closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
