At Sourcebae, we're looking for a talented Backend Developer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our backend development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Symfony.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Collaborate with our front-end developers to create efficient, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL or PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies and other techniques to improve application speed and scalability.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Symfony. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and web application development is essential. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns is also required.
