Cyber Squad is a leading US-based technology firm with a dedicated team in Bangladesh. We specialize in developing robust software solutions for international clients, focusing on CRM and ERP systems, including HRM, ACC, and SaaS products.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

◾️Backend Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and Express. Create and optimize complex database architectures using PostgreSQL.

◾️API Development:

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.

Ensure API performance, security, and scalability.

◾️Collaboration:

Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

◾️Testing and Optimization:

Implement testing frameworks to ensure code quality and application reliability.

Optimize backend performance through code improvements and database query tuning.

◾️Containerization and CI/CD:

Utilize Docker for containerization and streamline deployment processes.

Manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins for efficient deployment.

◾️Documentation:

Maintain thorough documentation of code, APIs, and architectural decisions.

Provide clear technical specifications for future development.

◾️Professionalism:

Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining industry best practices.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

◾️Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

◾️Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js and Express.

◾️Proven expertise in designing complex database architectures and handling API integrations.

◾️Strong experience with PostgreSQL and optimizing queries for performance.

◾️Familiarity with authentication strategies (e.g., Auth0, custom JWT).

◾️Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

◾️Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
