Backend-Focused Full Stack Web Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

We are seeking a Backend-Focused Full Stack Web Developer with a strong command of Node.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have a passion for backend development, with experience building scalable and efficient web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, performant solutions.

Job Location: Khulna

Salary: 30k to 60k(BDT)

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Education: Degree in Computer Science (or related technical field) preferred (Flexible for experienced candidates).

Backend (Primary Focus):

- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

- Extensive experience with Express.js or similar frameworks using TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Proficient in Relational Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL.

- Knowledge on NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Redis

- Familiarity with web security practices and backend performance optimization.

Frontend (Secondary Focus):

- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js using TypeScript.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind etc design things.

General:

- Proficient in OOP, Algorithm, Data Structure and programming base concepts

- Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with Git version control.

- Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of NestJS typescript backend framework.

- Experience with GraphQL.

- Experience with Microservice-Based Backend Architecture.

- Docker Containerization

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain efficient backend services using TypeScript.

- Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and scale backend features.

- Attending Client meeting, requirements analysis and architecture design based on the requirements

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Debug and troubleshoot backend issues promptly.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure backend code quality and best practices.

- Need to develop and deliver with leadership and responsibility

- Need to be committed on Timeline and Delivery
