The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality backend systems using Node Js. This involves designing, implementing, and deploying scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Experience in working with Node Js frameworks like Express, Sails or Hapi is desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a Node Js environment.
• Strong knowledge of Node Js, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience in working with microservices architecture, building APIs, and load balancing.
• Proficient in NoSql and SQL databases, such as Postgresql/CockroachDB.
• Experience in mentoring or leading small teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, quick learner with passion to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and being a team player.
