• He has led technology teams in companies like Sumologic and Adobe.
• He was the Managing Director of Sumo Logic – India. He joined Sumo Logic as an early employee and scaled the team from the initial stages to IPO.
• He founded a Security Analytics company which was acquired by a Cybersecurity company in the Bay Area.
About the Role
As a Backend Engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development process. You will guide and contribute to the design and development of new features, help optimize and scale our application, and work within an agile development environment. You will be responsible for building server-side logic using Node.js/Typescript.
What will you do?
• Design beautiful products and thoughtful interactions that make the experience of using Biz Pilot seamless.
• Ensure timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Plan for the future by clearly communicating the cost-benefit of a given solution and advocating the best path forward.
• Understand and mitigate risk through robust analysis and testing.
• Work closely with other internal teams to understand needs and develop solutions to improve the experience for our users.
• Execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.

• You have worked on building and debugging cloud production systems in both individual and team environments.
