Need a WordPress developer with NLP skills for a paid platform ($15/month Writers, $75-$250/month Agencies) matching abstracts to media outlets. MVP must:
- Feature homepage with tabs: “For Writers” and “For Agencies/Teams.”
- Require paid sign-up/login (Stripe, $15/$75-$250 plans).
- Include onboarding (user type, goals, industry).
- Offer a 200-word abstract input with real-time NLP matches (topic/tone) to a 50-outlet CSV database, showing 3-5 results (name, fit with ★★★★★ score, guidelines with highlights, contact, pay/prestige, exportable CSV).
- Protect database: Server-side, 3-5 matches max, rate limits (10/day Writers, 50/day Agencies).
- Add Terms of Use page + © footer.
Requirements:
- WordPress (Astra, TablePress, WPForms, Ultimate Member, WooCommerce/Stripe).
- Basic NLP (spaCy) for topic/tone.
- Clean, mobile-friendly.
- Deliver in 2-3 weeks.
Deliverables:
- Live site on Bluehost (login provided).
- Payment setup (Stripe).
- Database update instructions (CSV upload).
- Terms page + footer notice.
- API-ready for future AI upgrades (e.g., media update agent).
