Our client in the staffing industry is hiring a Business Analyst IV to support strategic initiatives within the Salesforce Competency Center. This senior-level role is responsible for leading complex business analysis activities, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and guiding cross-functional teams through process transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and enterprise applications and will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency across multiple business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior advisor and strategist for business analysis initiatives, aligning analysis activities with organizational priorities.Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of complex business requirements across multiple departments.Use broad expertise to propose innovative solutions that close functional gaps, improve processes, support compliance, and increase overall business effectiveness.Review, refine, and provide feedback on requirements documentation produced by other team members.Evaluate and map current and future-state business processes, identifying upstream and downstream impacts.Develop enterprise-wide reporting standards and analytics strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Corporate Services, Finance, and Operations teams.Act as a liaison between business units and IT to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Maintain advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, forecast ROI on new features, and align platform enhancements with business needs.Own and maintain a platform feature roadmap in alignment with vendor updates and business priorities.Demonstrate and validate functional concepts through configuration in non-production environments.Advise leadership on the technical impact of business decisions and influence strategic direction.Drive cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-wide process improvement and efficiency efforts.Champion customer service excellence by supporting users and promoting transparency throughout project lifecycles.
