Job Title: Sales Executive (E-Commerce & Staff Augmentation)

Experience Level: 4-5 years

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads in the e-commerce space, specifically related to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, along with offering staff augmentation services to businesses across USA, Canada, and Europe.

This is a night shift role, where the candidate will be expected to conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects, create opportunities, and close deals. You will be working with modern sales tools to track leads and manage your pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the Shopify and e-commerce space.
• Engage prospects via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging other sales tools to find qualified leads.
• Utilize various platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.) to research and identify key decision-makers in e-commerce businesses.
• Develop a robust pipeline of prospects in USA, Canada, and Europe, specifically in the Shopify ecosystem and other e-commerce platforms.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Actively prospect and follow up with warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Nurture leads by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions in e-commerce development, especially in Shopify, as well as staff augmentation services.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the unique value propositions of the company's services.
• Client Consultation & Conversion:
• Engage in consultative selling to better understand the client’s pain points and propose solutions for Shopify development, e-commerce projects, and staff augmentation.
• Overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
• Night Shift & Cold Calling:
• Consistently work the night shift (due to the North American and European market).
• Make 50+ cold calls per day, aiming to qualify leads and book appointments with key decision-makers.
• Handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
• Sales Process Management:
• Maintain a detailed record of leads, prospects, and communications in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Keep track of sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline status, and daily activity levels.
• Update lead and account information in the CRM on a regular basis and follow up effectively to keep the sales pipeline moving forward.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay updated on the company’s offerings and ensure accurate positioning of services.
• Regularly report progress, challenges, and successes to the sales manager.
• Provide input on the sales strategy and improve outreach tactics.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience:
• 4-5 years of proven experience in cold calling and business development, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, Shopify, or staff augmentation services.
• Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, e-commerce development, and staff augmentation.
• Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing, and sales tools to prospect and build a pipeline of leads.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to create compelling messages and pitches.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively in a remote night shift environment.
• Familiarity with cold calling strategies and techniques in the e-commerce or tech services industry.
• Good understanding of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.) to find and engage prospects.
• Shift & Availability:
• Willingness to work in night shifts (timing aligned with North American or European working hours).
• Strong work ethic, ability to stay focused, and maintain productivity throughout the shift.
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in sales for e-commerce projects (Shopify or other platforms).
• Experience in selling staff augmentation or IT consulting services is a plus.
• Previous success in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
