Join us at Foxhound Federal as we partner with a leading company in the intelligence community to seek a highly skilled System Engineer for a role on site in Mclean, VA. This position requires a Full Scope Polygraph.
• This role involves the design and development of an updated Angular user interface and Java based API integrated with an Oracle backend for the search and discovery of internal data and artifacts.
• To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience with:
• Developing and consuming REST web services and integrating them with a SQL backend such as Oracle.
• RESTful interfaces.
• Developing applications with Java using Springboot.
• Using JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) for API development.
• XML, JSON, CSS, HTML.
• Backend web development.
• Agile development and JIRA.
• Version control systems such as Git.
• Relational databases.
• Working in a fast-paced, technically challenging and high visibility area.
We are a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business specializing in helping federal agencies and consulting organizations acquire high-caliber candidates for business development, internal operations and program delivery.
