We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

Lead CI/CD initiatives, leveraging expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CICD,

CircleCI, and cloud-specific offerings (Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps) to automate secure

builds, testing, and deployments across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Champion a DevSecOps mindset to integrate security throughout the development Life Cycle.

Define the overall cloud architecture, including infrastructure design principles,

containerization strategy, CI/CD pipeline structure, and disaster recovery plan.

Possess strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Build,

manage, and optimize IaaS environments for scalability, performance, and

cost-effectiveness. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of container orchestration tools

(Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Rancher) and configuration management tools (Ansible,

Terraform) for infrastructure automation and consistency.

Proficiently utilize monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch) and log

management tools (Splunk, Datadog, ELK Stack) to diagnose performance bottlenecks,

implement comprehensive observability practices, and ensure system health.

Possess a strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance

frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS). Implement security controls, encryption, and access

management to safeguard sensitive data in the cloud environment.

Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and tools, recommending and evaluating

potential solutions to optimize the cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of networking and complex networked software systems.

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum & Kanban) with strong problem-solving

skills at the server and application level.

Foster close collaboration between development and operations teams, promoting a

culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior

engineers in adopting DevOps principles and best practices.

Ability to contribute beyond coding through code reviews, demos, and proof-of-concept Solutions.
