Overview:
Must be US Citizen
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Engineer to support the Total Integrated Mobilization Execution System (TIMES) project in both classified and unclassified environments. The ideal candidate has experience with Platform One and Cloud One, strong expertise in Kubernetes, bastion hosts, microservices, and SonarQube, and is proficient in documenting their work. A Secret clearance is required at a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for the TIMES application suite.
• Leverage Platform One and Cloud One capabilities to optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
• Design and implement Kubernetes-based container orchestration solutions.
• Configure and manage bastion hosts to support secure access to classified and unclassified environments.
• Develop and maintain microservices architectures to support scalable and resilient application deployments.
• Integrate and manage SonarQube to ensure code quality, security, and compliance.
• Document system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures to support internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Proven experience in cloud architecture and engineering, particularly in DoD environments.
• Hands-on experience with Platform One and Cloud One (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, bastion hosts, and microservices.
• Familiarity with SonarQube for static code analysis and security scanning.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with DoD systems and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
