The HybridCloud Solution Architect will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global Google Cloud, Azure and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers.

Overview

Task And Responsibilities
• Design, Building and Maintain cloud systems on Azure and Google using all available services with focus on PaaS
• Build solutions that provide availability, performance, and stability in our systems, services, and products at scale
• Work in conjunction with our demand teams and business users to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
• Propose architecture using native Azure/GCP services, automation, and serverless technology in a complex multi-tenant environment
• Collaborate within organization to build secure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS environments in Azure and GCP
• Define migration solutions for existing on-prem hosted software development processes (CI/CD landscapes)
• Understand Siemens Healthineers information security requirements and drive adherence for cloud workloads
• Develop and maintain documentation for built Azure/Google systems and procedures
• Build working relationships with Siemens Healthineers and business teams
• Craft and evangelize secure cloud platform & product requirements
• Embrace a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence
• Stay current on cloud industry trends
Qualifications
• Overall 8+ years’ experience in Cloud Technologies and recent 5 years particularly in Google (mandatory) & Azure (mandatory)
• Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of technology and cloud topics including network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security
• Knowledge of Azure & Google security strategies and tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Azure/Google solution architect certification along with other security certifications is a plus
• Knowledge of software development processes at scale is a plus
• The candidate will apply their experience building reliable, scalable, secure data driven process automation for managing compliance

The base pay range for this position is
Min $162,800 - Max $244,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
