We are a premium property development company specializing in building and selling luxury townhouses. We also offer Joint Venture Partnerships to landowners aiming to maximize the value of their land. Our company seeks a highly skilled and creative website developer to design and build a sleek, modern, and minimalist website for a premium property development company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design, branding, and technical development, with a focus on delivering a high-end, visually stunning online presence for a company specializing in luxury residential developments and joint venture partnerships.
Our website needs to reflect the high-end quality of our projects with a clean, interactive, and visually stunning design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redesigning the company logo, incorporating the company name while maintaining its original essence and visual appeal.
- Designing and developing a modern, responsive, and visually striking website that aligns with the company's upscale branding and high-quality projects.
- Implementing engaging text & element animations, scroll-based effects (parallax, sticky elements), loading animations, and hover interactions to enhance the user experience.
- Ensuring the website is optimized for search engines, using tools like Yoast SEO or similar, to increase visibility and improve search rankings.
- Creating a user-friendly, intuitive navigation system with well-placed CTAs, clear header/footer designs, and optimized content layout.
- Developing the following pages:
- Home Page (Key Landing Page)
- About Us (Company information, values, and expertise)
- Joint Ventures (Partnership details and processes)
- Our Projects (Past and upcoming developments)
- Blog (Industry insights and updates)
- FAQ (Answering common questions)
- Integrating contact forms and inquiry sections for client communication and potential leads.
- Ensuring the site loads quickly, is mobile-responsive, and is compatible across multiple browsers.
- Regular communication via Zoom for initial project discussions and throughout the project to ensure expectations are met.
- Thoroughly testing the website to ensure functionality, troubleshooting any issues, and delivering a fully optimized site.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in WordPress (Elementor Pro) or custom coding (based on experience).
-Strong background in modern UI/UX design and branding.
- Proven experience implementing interactive animations and scroll-based effects.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Yoast SEO or similar tools.
- Proficiency in responsive web design, ensuring the site is mobile-friendly.
- Strong skills in performance optimization for fast-loading websites.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience with real estate or property development websites.
- Understanding of conversion-focused web design principles.
- Graphic design experience to elevate website visuals.
