As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in building long-term relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth online and on-site ordering and post-purchase experiences.

Job Role:
• Handle queries and guide customers related to our products
• Manage orders, complaints, and follow-ups with care and empathy
• Coordinate with our operations team for timely deliveries and support
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Handle return/exchange requests professionally

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, retail
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented personality
• On Floor Job, Customer Dealing

Store Location: DHA Phase 4

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
