Job Description
Udhar is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support Intern to assist in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will gain hands-on experience in problem-solving, communication, and customer interaction while working with a dynamic team

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries and issues via phone calls, live chat, and email with clarity and professionalism.

2. Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

4. Identify recurring issues and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams.

5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality.

6. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights.

Requirements:
1. Male candidates only (as per role requirements).

2. Must be willing and able to work in rotational shifts.

3. Proven experience in customer support or service roles.

4. Strong communication skills in Urdu and English—spoken and written.

5. Hands-on experience in handling customer queries via calls, chat, and emails.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and familiarity with customer support tools and basic computer skills.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
