Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in: Business requirement discovery and analysis, business requirement/business value documentation, and user acceptance criteria Understanding of US data privacy laws, ethical considerations in data collection, storage, and processing and their applications in data engineering practices Documenting system architectures and data flows Data engineering, data pipeline design and implementation of dimensional data warehouse solutions Agile development methodology Exposure to machine learning technologies and predictive analytics 2 years of experience with WhereScape RED Data pipeline design and implementation Data integration Data ingestion, CDC, on-prem/cloud data sources, structured/semi-structured data Data orchestration Pebble scripting, Windows Powershell scripting Change approval process, release management and deployment Production support and issue resolution 2 years of experience in Snowflake data cloud platform: Batch loading and streaming, DDL/DML, stored procedures Performance optimization Experience in US health insurance industry At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
