Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights for driving business decisions.
• Build and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in data science, machine learning, and software engineering, and apply them to improve existing processes and methodologies.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Skills Required: Python, SQL, Java, Data Mining, TensorFlow, Microsoft Azure, Pandas, Numpy, ScikitLearn, PyTorch

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• IT Enabled Service,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Requirements
• 5-8 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques..
• Proficiency with cloud platforms specially Microsoft Azure and their data, machine learning and cognitive services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
