• Elevate Slalom’s people capabilities through optimizing staffing processes, understanding attrition and retention drivers, identifying and rewarding top performers, and designing personalized professional development journeys.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on key workforce metrics (e.g., relationship between team tenure and engagement) while also managing longer-term projects such as predicting future client demand and recommending workforce strategies.
• Collaborate with executives and key stakeholders to transform business questions into impactful data insights and products that inform strategic decisions.
• Leverage modern cloud-based data platforms, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools to deliver high-impact insights that drive people-focused outcomes across Slalom.

• Create and maintain data visualizations and client ready dashboards to effectively communicate findings.

What You’ll Bring
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including expertise in data science (e.g., Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SciPy), data visualization (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), and reporting automation (e.g., xlwings, python-pptx) packages.

• Strong ability to transform data into strategic insights and communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into actionable insights—asking the right questions, diving into the details, and bringing clarity through data.
• Baseline proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, joining, aggregation, and filtering.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, such as Git for collaboration and version control.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and large language models (LLMs) for accelerating data analysis and project delivery.
