Job Description
At Reinicia, we continue to grow and are looking for collaborators to help us with specific projects for both our clients and the agency itself.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about web development, especially Wordpress/WooCommerce and API integrations. Experience with other platforms like Drupal or Shopify is also highly valued.
We need a professional with at least 5 years of experience managing all aspects of web development, particularly on platforms like Wordpress.
We want someone who genuinely enjoys their work, understands user needs, has a strong aesthetic sense, and can adapt to our coding style. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to share ideas, is analytical, methodical, highly responsible, organized, and eager to learn—not just about web development but also about marketing and communication, as you’ll be working closely with a large part of our team.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
Important: Please include a portfolio of your projects.
At least 5 years of proven experience with Wordpress/WooCommerce.
Solid experience in UI/UX design and an understanding of current web standards and trends.
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with CSS frameworks and utility-based libraries like Bootstrap.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries, especially jQuery (experience with others is a plus).
Proficiency in responsive design and development.
Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts.
Experience developing API integrations for Wordpress and other platforms.
Proven backend development experience using PHP.
Familiarity with MVC frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
Solid experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
Clean, efficient, scalable, and reusable code, with thorough documentation.
Familiarity with task automation tools like Gulp, Webpack, Grunt, or Compass.
Expertise in Wordpress theme creation and customization, including:
Advanced use of Advanced Custom Fields PRO.
Deep knowledge of Wordpress hierarchy and PHP templates.
Advanced Wordpress functions and hooks.
Functional testing and documentation experience.
Proficiency with version control systems, especially GIT.

UI/UX: Source an existing HTML5/CSS3 template that enhances engagement, aligns with the brand identity, and projects a professional image. Up to 11 different page models for desktop and mobile.
Responsive design: Custom HTML5/CSS3 layouts optimized for fast loading and minimal future maintenance costs.
Graphic design: Basic editing of up to 20 client-provided images.
Wordpress setup: Installation of Wordpress 6.x, development, integration of layouts, and platform configuration using Gutenberg's native visual editor.
Content upload: Up to 12 static pages.
Product database upload: Including images and technical descriptions for up to 260 products.
Important: All content will be provided by the client, based on Reinicia’s guidelines.
Testing and production launch: Functional and quality assurance testing before going live.
SEO optimization: Basic SEO setup (Google-oriented) for both code and layouts.
Performance optimization (WPO): Techniques to ensure a minimum score of 75/100 on Google Pagespeed Insights for desktop.
