Responsibilities

• As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mission-critical VM-hosting environments
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance applications using Python in a Linux environment
• You will analyze performance, conduct end-to-end testing, and manage infrastructure as code
• Additionally, you will perform tasks such as creating, maintaining, and destroying virtual machines, adding or removing hosts, and replacing failed hardware

Requirements

• To excel in this role, you must have extensive hands-on experience in lieu of a degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• You should be proficient in maintaining and updating CRUD web applications, systems administration, and virtualization/cloud technologies
• A strong understanding of networking and storage practices, along with the ability to create and modify scripts using Bash, Perl, and Python, is crucial
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Splunk, PHP, MySQL, and MariaDB is also highly valued
