Job Description / Responsibility
Market Research & Audience Insights
• Conduct in-depth local and international research to analyze market trends, target audiences, competitors, and consumer behavior, especially in the women’s and children’s consumer goods sector.
• Use data-driven insights to shape strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Social Media Management
• Oversee the brand’s digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns with engaging content to build an active online community.
Facebook Marketing Expertise
• Plan and implement campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, including conversion ads, lead ads, and Facebook pixel retargeting to maximize customer engagement and conversions.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
Customer Support & Online Sales
• Handle online customer inquiries, provide support, and manage e-commerce sales processes to meet sales targets.
Content Creation & Management
• Design high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and website visuals.
Multichannel Advertising & Budget Management
• Plan and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation and targeting strategies for maximum ROI.
Creative Event Campaigns
• Design and execute innovative digital campaigns around company events to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Website Development & SEO
• Optimize and update the company website using WordPress.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze campaign performance against established KPIs, providing insights to refine and optimize future marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Live Sales & Presentations
• Manage live sales sessions on social media and create impactful presentations to showcase marketing strategies.
E-commerce Growth & Optimization
• Boost online sales through strategic e-commerce marketing activities and data-driven campaigns.
Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct keyword research for AdSense, affiliate marketing, and services.
• Perform website audits and competitor analysis to enhance search performance.
Video Production & YouTube Optimization
• Develop and edit videos for website and social media platforms.
• Optimize YouTube channels and videos, analyze competitors, and explore monetization opportunities.
Continuous Learning & Adaptation
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain an innovative approach.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Educational Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Skills Required: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEO and Digital Marketer, SEO and Digital Marketing, Facebook Live Presenter, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook marketing, Facebook marketing knowledge
