Job Description

The Digital Media Buyer & SEO Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performance digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other key platforms. The role will focus on both eCommerce and lead generation advertising.

While digital media is the primary focus, experience in SEO and organic traffic growth is highly desirable. This role will play a key part in lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling, ensuring our marketing investments deliver measurable and sustainable growth.

Success will be measured by ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, organic revenue growth, and digital media efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Digital Media Strategy & Execution
• Develop, launch, and optimize highly targeted paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and additional paid channels.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS while reducing CPL and CPA.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for e-commerce.
• Implement audience segmentation and remarketing strategies for improved conversion rates.

SEO & Organic Growth
• Improve organic search visibility through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Work with content and web teams to optimize landing pages, category pages, and blog content.
• Use data from Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others to refine SEO efforts.
• Monitor organic conversion rates and align SEO efforts with revenue goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
• Drive high-quality leads through both paid and organic channels while improving lead-to-sale conversion rates.
• Continuously test and optimize landing pages, call-to-action placements, and ad funnels.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, and Hotjar to identify conversion bottlenecks.

Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns at scale.
• Proven success in performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce advertising.
• Strong background in Google Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, link-building, and keyword optimization.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly analytical mindset – ability to turn data into actionable insights.

KPIs for Success:
• ROAS, CPA, and CPL from digital media campaigns.
• Total revenue and lead quality driven by paid ads.
• Total revenue and lead quality driven by paid ads.
• Organic revenue growth and conversion rates from SEO efforts.
• Reduction in cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while maintaining or improving lead quality.
