Job Description
Direct Hire , client is looking for Sr. Python Developer / DevOps Engineer to join their team as Full Time Employee
No Hybrid work - it is 5 days onsite work in New York City .
This is Direct Hire with client , they offer Base Salary + Benefits .
Client is Open to visa transfer applications if required
Requirement Details : Python Developer who has good familiarity with financial instruments, trading systems, Investment banking products or other finance-related technologies
Must be hands on working with Python must along with Flask and Django.
Python Developer / DevOps Engineer / Full stack developer, to work closely with our portfolio managers, operations and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Python programming.
• Solid experience with Django / Flask frameworks.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python, React and AWS stack.
• Develop and maintain web applications - Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using pandas.
• Familiarity with React.js and related front-end technologies is a plus , not a must have
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Work with relational databases to manage and store data efficiently.
