Job Description:

As a Django Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth operations through load balancing, auto-scaling, and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services using Django.
• Implement cloud-based architectures including load balancing, auto-scaling, and optimized resource usage.
• Design and configure systems for high availability and fault tolerance using Kubernetes and Cloud Build.
• Manage cloud storage using buckets and integrate Pub/Sub for event-driven architecture.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability with logs, metrics, and proactive scaling strategies.
• Work with App Engine to deploy applications and Cloud Schedulers for task automation.
• Ensure security and compliance in all backend services and cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
• Experience with Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, App Engine, Cloud Schedulers, and auto-scaling.
• Strong understanding of load balancing, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.
