Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Django developer to help redesign and implement a new UI for an existing Django-based website. The project involves applying a modern, motion-heavy design to an already functional backend, ensuring the new design aligns with the client's brand transformation and AI-first product approach.
The goal is to 'skin' the existing Django site with a new visual design while maintaining all backend functionality and integrations. This project requires expertise in Django templating, CSS, front-end animations, and responsiveness.
Scope of Work:
Implement a new design on an existing Django-based website, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
Maintain all existing functionality, including integrations with HubSpot forms, PartnerStack, and Stripe.
Ensure the website remains fully responsive across all devices and screen sizes.
Develop interactive and animated elements (as required) using CSS, JavaScript, or relevant front-end frameworks.
Optimize page load speed and improve UI performance while handling motion-heavy components.
Ensure compatibility with SEO requirements, including dynamic keyword insertion for landing pages.
Collaborate with our design team to execute motion-heavy elements and interactions effectively.
Support ongoing maintenance and flexibility for future updates.
Requirements:
Expertise in Django templating and front-end development.
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
Experience with front-end animations using GSAP, CSS animations, or JavaScript libraries.
Understanding of SEO best practices, including dynamic keyword insertion and page indexing.
Experience integrating third-party services such as HubSpot, Stripe, and PartnerStack.
Ability to work with Figma or Adobe XD designs and translate them into a functioning front-end.
Experience optimizing performance for motion-heavy sites.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working on legal tech or AI-first websites.
Familiarity with Django backend development (not required but helpful).
Past experience working with high-traffic websites and conversion-focused designs.
