Responsibilities

• Multiple Positions for this skill set, need Leads and Developers for growing practice
• It is expected to develop, plan, co-ordinate and implement the student information system at the school district
• This would mean that the Technical wizkid in Dot Net, you will work very closely with client and the implementation team to track, execute and implement project milestones, from cradle to grave
• NET Reports, SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS)
• Follow coding standards to meet guidelines
• Thoroughly unit test code changes, participate in receiving and giving peer code reviews
• Provide feedback to management on status of job tasks
• Track high priority issues until client resolution is confirmed
• Provide status updates to management on the major milestones of high priority issues
• Participate in design sessions
• Deliver work needed on large development projects including the writing of functional specification documents
• Extend framework and be able to interact with 3rd party applications
• Optionally assist with Synergy Technology development training classes
• Optionally Assist with RFP responses and any additional technical documentation that is required
• Optionally Assist with product demonstrations
• Mentor other developers in framework, and documentation skills
• Assist in deployment and debugging of application updates to production environment
• Maintain and implement functionality for internal web application ASP.NET/C# designed to facilitate automating Information for a Student Information Management System

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related software technical design and business analysis work
• Experience in C#, ASP
• NET 3.5/ 4.0, WCF, ASP
• NET MVC 3, Razor View, WPF, MVVM, MVP, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Experience in ETL, ASP
• The candidate must be a fast learner and have superior writing and verbal communication skills
• Ideally the candidate should have experience working in a public K12 school district setting
• We will provide training about the actual student Information system product as well as the K12 school district industry, prior to deployment on site
• The candidate should have a pleasant personality, be articulate and have excellent problem solving skills
