E-Commerce Manager

We are a company specializing in importing toys, stationery, and plush items while creating our own lovable character brands. We operate online stores on the Shopify platform and sell on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. We are seeking an experienced and versatile E-commerce Manager who can lead operations, solve challenges, and help our brands grow.

We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required. To ensure success as an e-commerce manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

Responsibility:
• Website Management - Oversee ANIROLLZ.COM (must have knowledge in Shopify). Plan events and develop marketing strategies to engage and retain existing customers.
• Marketplace Management - but not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, eBay 3rd Party Marketplace. Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop new product lines. Create and implement marketing strategies based on sales data.
• Amazon -Update and optimize listings (pictures, keywords, titles, bullet points, A+ EBC, backend details, product descriptions, etc.) to align with sales and marketing strategies. Update and manage the Amazon Brand Store. Handle FBA inventory, including resolving stranded inventory and shipment issues. Monitor and maintain account health, manage seller feedback, and provide customer service solutions.
• Inventory Management - Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing overstock. Oversee P&L management to ensure profitability.
• Digital Marketing - Plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and collaborate with influencers to promote products.
• Customer Experience Management - Develop solutions and create manuals to improve customer feedback, even though direct customer service is not required.
• Data Analysis - Use web analytics tools to track and monitor performance. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaboration - Work with design, product development, and customer support teams to align goals and strategies. Photography and Project Support. Assist with onsite photoshoots and support various e-commerce projects.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in E-commerce operations, including Amazon and 3rd-party marketplaces.
• Focus and Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Experience in online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and decision-making.
