Job Title: Enterprise Windows Administrator

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Windows Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 3 technical support for SCCM / Intune, as well as deploying software updates and troubleshooting issues related to Windows clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide level 3 technical support for all Windows-based (Win10/win 11) clients.
• Deploy software updates via SCCM / Intune.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/application-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of WSUS, Windows Updates, task sequence, and Intune policies/profiles.
• Experience in Client, network (DNS/DHCP), and Active Directory.
• Ability to work closely with other technical teams for incident/problem coordination.

Bonus Points:
• Experience working on migrations (Win 10 to Win11).
• Strong background in managing Desktops, Peripherals, and troubleshoot antivirus (windows defender).
