Santic (Bangladesh) Co., LTD is looking for Executive/Sr. Executive (Data analyst)

Job Description / Responsibility
• Collect, clean, and manage data from various operational processes such as production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics.
• Maintain and update operational databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze production data to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve production yield and reduce downtime.
• Perform cost analysis to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes, material usage, and labor costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize resource allocation.
• Create regular operational reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as production efficiency, order fulfilment rates, and cost per unit.
• Present data insights to management and department heads, using data visualization tools to communicate complex data clearly.
• Provide data support for decision-making related to staffing, equipment maintenance, and production scheduling.
• Use data to support quality control measures and product consistency across production lines.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Good communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Strong analytical ability

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
