Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and develop backend systems for our gaming platform
• Implement new game mechanics, probability-based systems, and core platform features
• Work with real-time data processing and ensure seamless user experiences
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to push new features
• Optimize database queries and manage data integrity efficiently
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
• Work on a high-traffic gaming platform with engaging challenges

Requirements

• We are looking for a highly skilled backend developer with a strong mathematical background to help maintain and develop our gaming platform, CSGOBig
• You should be proficient in Node.js and have experience working with popular databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, and able to continuously deliver high-quality work while ensuring performance, security, and scalability
• Expertise in Node.js and backend development
• Strong understanding of mathematics, including probability and statistical models
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data handling
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write optimized algorithms
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for message queuing
• Knowledge of blockchain or provably fair systems
• Understanding of server infrastructure and DevOps practices
