Project Phase 1 (v1.1): System Upgrade and Feature Enhancements & UI/UX Redesign:
Goal:
Upgrade and enhance the existing system while maintaining the current PHP (Laravel) codebase. The focus will be on updating the code to the latest version, preserving the existing database, and improving the user interface and overall user experience. Additionally, new features such as an internal wallet (manual deposit & withdrawal) will be implemented based on the provided Figma design and documented specifications.

Key Requirements:
1. System Upgrade & Optimization:
Upgrade the existing PHP (Laravel) codebase to the latest version.
Optimize system performance while ensuring compatibility with the current infrastructure.
2. UI/UX Redesign:
Enhance the user interface with modern, responsive, and user-friendly designs.
Implement the new UI based on the provided Figma design.
Ensure all platform functionalities align with the documented user flows.
3. Internal Wallet System:
Develop a manual wallet system to enable users to handle deposits and withdrawals efficiently.
Ensure smooth internal transactions between users.
4. Feature Enhancements & Performance Improvements:
Enhance the system’s dashboard to provide users with a seamless experience.
Improve system reliability, speed, and overall user engagement.
5. Database Retention & Security:
