Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of advanced web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and execute project requirements
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring teams
