Job Description

I need someone sharp, reliable, and highly organized to help keep our projects moving, stay on top of client communication, and handle small WordPress tasks.

This is a super part-time role (5-10 hours per month). We’re a small but growing team, and honestly, we could use some help keeping things from falling through the cracks. If you’re great at writing clear emails, organizing tasks, and making sure things actually get done, you’d be a huge asset.

What You’ll Be Doing

•Keeping us organized in ClickUp – making sure we follow through on tasks and don’t drop the ball

• Responding to client emails – quick, professional replies a couple times a week

• Helping with monthly reports – based on a template, putting together and sending updates to our advertising clients

• Updating WordPress sites – making small edits, updating plugins/themes, and checking for issues

• Documenting key details – keeping track of client info, pricing, and other important business stuff

What You Need

• Excellent English communication skills – you’ll be emailing clients, so this is non-negotiable

• WordPress experience – you don’t need to be a developer, but you should know your way around

• Great organization skills – if you love keeping things on track and making sure deadlines aren’t missed, you’ll thrive here
