We're an agency that works with 50+ clients and adds new ones throughout the year. This role is for both maintenance tasks for clients as well as new website builds.

Our last developer was with us for 5 years. We focus on long term relationships.

We have a 2-5 business day SLA on maintenance tasks with our clients, depending on what plan they are on. It is critical this is meet.

Most of our websites are built on Divi or Elementor. All new sites use elementor.

We require very high quality development without errors. Responsiveness, proper HTML tags, etc. We're not a cheap theme shop. We sell our clients a premium product.

We provide all designs using Figma. We do expect our developers to think critically, provide feedback, and catch errors or issues in the designs or user experience.

Succesful Developers are rewarded typically with an annual bonus based on our profits from maintenance and new build contracts, at Agency discretion.

You must include in your proposal an estimate to build each of these sites based on the sitemap, Custom Post Types, and integrations seen (BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc). This helps us gauge your average time to build and costs as hourly rates tell us nothing. Failure to do this will result in immediate rejection of your proposal.
