Job Description

Responsibilities

• This project involves integrating the SPA with an ERPNext backend
• The authentication will be handled via ERPNext, with user data provided through a context script, and all communication with the backend will occur through the ERPNext REST API
• **Development Setup:**
• Assist with the initial configuration of a Vue.js SPA in Visual Studio Code
• Guide the integration of Tailwind CSS into the project
• **Backend Integration:*
• Explain the process of integrating ERPNext as the backend
• Set up ERPNext authentication and ensure user data is passed correctly via a context script
• Demonstrate how to configure and use the ERPNext REST API for communication
• **Documentation & Best Practices:**
• Provide clear, step-by-step documentation and guidance on the setup process
• Share best practices for development, debugging, and security
• Solid understanding of ERPNext, including its REST API and authentication mechanisms
• Include any examples or references from similar projects and a brief outline of your approach to this setup

Requirements

• *Required Skills:**
• Proven expertise in Vue.js and building SPAs
• Experience with Tailwind CSS integration
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
• Prior experience setting up similar integrations or projects
• Familiarity with context scripts and user data management in web applications
• Knowledge of best practices for secure API communication and SPA architecture
• The initial setup guidance is expected to be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe, with the possibility of follow-up consultations if needed
