I’m looking for a skilled web developer to complete the last 10% of my website’s homepage. The design is already finalized, and I have the file in PDF (with the possibility of getting it in Figma). I’ve also attached a video outlining all required changes.

Tasks to be completed:

Add 3 pulsing animations to the homepage banner.

Ensure the SVG line animation moves smoothly and ends with a pulsing circle, exactly as per the design.

Implement a second SVG file that follows the mouse scroll, similar to the existing one.

Maintain pixel-perfect spacing and alignment, ensuring the design matches the Figma file 1:1, including mobile.

This is a straightforward task, but attention to detail is crucial. Ideally, I need this completed within 24 hours.
