As a Web3 Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing user interfaces and interactive components using Shadcn, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript frameworks with Next.js, and Redux RTK Query. You will optimize application performance by analyzing and improving network requests, caching strategies, and server-side rendering techniques.

You will work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain the frontend applications using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability of the frontend codebase.
