We are seeking a Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our real estate property management technology platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional web interfaces.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop reusable and efficient code libraries.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps Team and stakeholders to optimize application performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with focus on React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with modern development tools, build processes, and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS.
• Understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks.
Travel
• The position may require some travel to customers and other events within the United States, Canada, and other countries.
• A valid passport and NYS driver's license is required.
