Full Stack Developer (Django + Angular or Flask + SQL)
• Location Preference: NY/NJ residents preferred, but 100% remote is an option.
• Experience: Minimum 14 years.
• Duration: 1 year (extendable).
Development Environment
For a full-stack web application:
• Backend: Python (Django or Flask) for server-side logic, database interactions, and APIs.
• Frontend: Angular for building a dynamic and responsive UI.
• Database: MS SQL Server 2019.
Responsibilities:
• Develop business applications following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Perform coding, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Prepare relevant documentation.
• Assist the QA and UAT teams.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure accurate task completion.
• Ensure applications align with business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Skills & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
• Familiarity with software development tools like VS Code, Visual Studio, and SQL Management Studio.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and database management.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., TFS - Team Foundation Server).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools.
