Job Description
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to review our current MySQL setup and propose a scalable hosting solution that can handle growth (e.g., Amazon RDS or a self-managed EC2 approach). You’ll be responsible for implementing best practices to ensure reliable database replication, backup, and failover. Additionally, you will set up and conduct stress testing to confirm that the system can support high volumes of traffic and transactions. Through thorough analysis, you will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both the back-end (Node.js) and front-end (React.js) components.
Another core responsibility is enhancing the user shopping experience by updating our “Add to Cart” flow to allow guest checkouts without requiring account creation. Strong session handling and security measures are essential to maintain data integrity. Finally, you will refine our Admin interface to allow for more intuitive product sorting based on various criteria, ensuring real-time updates and a more efficient post-creation product management workflow.
